Supported Shopping is available to anyone who needs short term help with shopping, particularly after an accident, injury or illness.

The services we offer are:

• - Crisis shopping, we can shop on behalf of an older person
  - Accompanied shopping, rebuilding confidence to enable people to shop for themselves

Telephone Shopping

For people who prefer to have their shopping delivered to them there is a Telephone Shopping Service.

Trained staff or volunteers will ring weekly, fortnightly or monthly; wherever possible it will be the same person who rings at an agreed time to suit the customer; they will talk through the shopping list and arrange a delivery time and day that the customer chooses. The shopping will be delivered to the customer’s home and can be carried through to the kitchen if needed. There is a charge for the Telephone Shopping Service Tel: 01772 552886
