Recycling at our shops

We can recycle items that are not good enough to sell

At the shops we are often asked what is an acceptable item to donate? So with this in mind I thought it might be helpful to explain a little more about what happens to the items you donate to the shops.

Good quality items will of course be put on sale in our shops but all fabric items whether they are in immaculate condition or even if they are stained or holy are of value!

On average about 15% of our shops weekly income comes from the recycling of fabric goods whether they are clothing, shoes and bags, towels, bedding or curtains all can be recycled to generate additional income for the charity regardless of their condition.

So please if you want to donate don’t feel that some items may not be good enough! All your donations are of huge value to us and will be most gratefully received regardless of their condition
