A key priority for Age Concern Central Lancashire continues to be the investment in the support, training and development of staff. This is achieved through adopting best practice in all employment matters, providing training and support for all staff and reviewing performance on an ongoing basis in addition to annually reviewing salary grades.

Having achieved Investors in People the organisation works to ensure ongoing achievement of the standards. 

All staff employed by the organisation complete a structured and detailed induction programme tailored to the individual role. This covers policy and procedure, terms of employment, health and safety and an awareness and overview of the organisation.

Working for Age Concern Central Lancashire doesn't mean just working in the health and social care arena we have many roles within the organisation for example in finance, administration, retail, insurance and many more.
