Home Support/ Enabling
The Home Support and Enabling Services are available to anyone who has had an accident or injury or has received medical treatment which has left them temporarily incapacitated.
The aim of these services is to prevent admission or re-admission into hospital by keeping people as independent as possible; by helping them to continue doing the things they did themselves before the accident or injury. This may include helping them to regain their independence, confidence or motivation. Both practical tasks around the home and emotional support can be offered. Tel: 01772 552859
